Bad-
glad i didn't have to be the one to tell you that it is possibly a question from the not-so-intelligent part of your posterior.
I ignore the bubbles and use my eyes to adjust the lamps, my bubbles are outta whack too, similarly on each side. Find a deserted parking lot at night - possibly with a box-building's outside wall to shine against as well. Drive doiwn a country road at night to check your low beams, as driving in town dooes no true justice.
On my '95 850 it works like this: Directly above the headlight is the hex-nut for adjusting right/left orientation, then, futher back, just behind the cross-brace, is the up/down orientation knob sticking up from a horizontal black plastic stick extending back from the back side of headlights.
