please describe what you mean by "no output at A-6" - it should give you the 'no codes' code at least....
failure to start can be attributed to a dead cam position sensor. I don't know offhand how to test that.
FYI - fuel in the rail is not enough to start the car - the fuel pressure must be above a certain threshold before the injectors will work. It would be worthwhile to test the fuel pressure.
It's easy to test if you've got spark as well - pull a plug lead and put a spare plug into the end of the plug. Ground the end of the plug to the engine block while someone cranks the engine with a the starter (turning the key) and you should easily see the spark. Careful not to electrocute yourself! Hold the plug lead boot only.
