'97 engine in a '94? 850

I've found a good, but wrecked '97 automatic 850 for $500 (still runs and drives) and am considering it to replace the bad engine in my '94 5 speed. Both are non-turbo.

Are there any major hurdles to overcome? I imagine the seats and door panels should interchange as well.

Alternatively, is it feasible to put my 5 speed and passenger doors on the '97?
