Absolutely, once you remove the door panel, use a flat blade screwdriver to compress 4 small metal clips on the switch housing and it slides right out of the panel. I didn't look real closely, but it appears that the lock module can be removed from the housing, but I think the rest was pretty much a sealed unit. I'm sure some contact cleaner spray would penetrate and help. You can replace the door panel with out the switch and then plug the connectors back into the switch before re inserting the switch housing into the arm rest. Try the switch out after cleaning--if you have to replace you wont have to remove the panel again. good luck.
