Guys- I'm going with the full replacement of my ABS C.U as my service dept. suggested and like Rich & Dave recommend. As for a "used" or "re-manu." unit, no good since the person who installs it can't guarranty it. And since they fail for whatever reason, it may go bad again. Plus my dealer service dept. told me they send your "bad" unit to Volvo (or some contractor of volvo) and they fix them for resale. A "brand new unit" would be too expensive( think he said >$600). So in effect you get a volvo remanufact. unit with a guarranty. I'll let you'll know the out come aft my fix. Adios, BD
