yeah, sadly here in the St. Louis Metro - land of pollution-induced tornadoes - they fail you automatically if the drive cycle is not set. I can get by w/o one or two of my sensors out, but until the cycle sets and I get a "ready" status I can't be legal.

So... let the engine get cool, run the cycle again... shut down and cool off... an maybe run it a third time to put it over the mark...
