Few manufacturers put a premium or model shock as OEM. It would be such a simple touch to an already upscale suspension/tire combo (Michelins, alloy wheels, decent brakes, sophisticated suspension design, etc.). Perhaps, and this is a big perhaps, Bilstein and Koni don't have the manufacturing capacity (or don't have the desire for it) to produce the volume necessary for an OEM product on more cars than they do already (Porsche, Mercedes, etc.).
