You can check out some of the places that come up on www.copartfinder.com. Its hard to see from the photos which cars have the 3rd seat. The only one where I could make out the seat belts for a 3rd seat was at Leesville Auto Wreckers in Rahway, NJ (732)388-0783.

Be careful when buying a used 3rd seat for the V70. I installed one in mine, and there a a LOT of parts besides just the seat and belts. Try to get an installation guide before you remove the seat, so you will know what pieces you need.

When I bought mine, (from Brentwood Volvo in ST. Louis), the parts guy said there was a change in the seats at some point in 98-99, and he needed the VIN to get the right one. I don't understand why there would be a difference, if you are replacing everything.

I don't think there are likely to be too many people who are wanting to tear up there fairly new cars to sell the seat out of it, so your options are either new or out of a wreck..
