I would love to tape up the turbo and downpipe but the space is very limited down there. Mine is a RHD and the brake booster is blocking the heatshield. I read through Haynes and the procedure to remove the heat shield is to remove the turbo and exhaust manifold.

I also noticed that there is a thin pipe that runs on top of the heat shield and restricting the removal of the shield, any idea what's that pipe line for?
