v70 1998 - Stalls Intermittently_Lambda light_ V70-XC70 1998

Most unusual to have the rear O2 sensor go dead, it usually lasts a long time. It could be a wiring issue or just a dead sensor that needs to be replaced.

System too lean could be a poor functioning MAF. The lean condition means that the ECU will compensate by over riching the system which can then cause the plugs to foul at low rpm.

The zip tie for the MAF wires, not the plug, is to keep the stress off the MAF plug because of engine torque and other movement. Just zip the wire harness to the air box or some other fender mounted immobile part.
