I had a prob;lem where the window would not go up or down. I can not remember fopr sure but, I think the window went down into the door. Before it dod that the window moved very erratically and would shudder. Anyway, the problem was with the rollers that mount to the X-arms that raise and lower the window. It took about an hour to take the door trim off (first time learning curve). and was a very easy fix when I determined what parts I needed. I also did the same thing for the drivers side, it would have happened on that side about a month later.
