Hi Klaus,

Thanks for the reply.
By side panels do you mean the Rug covered material that lines the trunk? It has a big torx screw and latch pin for the seat fold dowm latch.

by the way it was 85 here today and beautiful sunny weather. are you getting hammered up there with rain?
