I dont know about your particular model, but in general, fuel pumps have a drain back valve built into them. Also, there is usually a fuel pressure regulator in the engine compartment. If either of those are bad it could cause you to loose pressure, which is what sounds like could be happening. You'll really need to hook up a pressure regulator to the fuel rail to test though to see if it's maintaining pressure or not.
