I recently installed IPDs anti-sway bars on my old 745T and it makes for much better handling (stiffer) so I'd advise them myself.

Don't know about autocross with Hondas BUT I'd never advise removing or loosening anti-sway bars on a street car as I'd think that it'd handle very poorly, less control.
