What size do you want to run? I am currently running the Volvo recommended 195/60R15 Gislaveds, mounted on steel 15" rims. You can order this exact rim which fits on your car, for $36 US from Tirerack.

Since the majority of my driving nowadays is on the highway, when the Gislaveds wear out, I'll probably sell off the rims and purchase a set of 205/60HR16 set of performance snow tires with 16" x 6" steel rims.

Rims that fit your car aren't brand specific. Many brands make rims in varying sizes. All you need to know is, diameter, width, and offset. With these three numbers, any auto shop should be able to pull a set out for you.
