First, add some pressure to your tires, 30lbs is much too low. 35-36lbs would be much better.

Then find a good alignment shop and have them do it to spec. That should cost about $100, less in Texas. If there is anything wrong with the steering, that shop should find it. Do not go to a tire store, alignment only. Ask some of the local repair shops where they take their cars.
