Just to put in my 25 cents- I put Bilsteins on my 98 S70 GLT and although the handling was vastly this came at the expense of a noticeably more harsh ride. Where I noticed it most was expansion joints and pot holes. These were felt as a very sharp jolt which was caused the entire chassis to shudder. There's always a tradeoff when improving the handling characteristics and for me the tradeoff was not worth it.
