Its my experience that its best to send the wheel off and get it repaired professionally. A local shop may be able to do it. I live in a small area so I always send my rims off. I have used Wheel collision center, http://www.wheelcollision.com/, with good results. Actually the only reason I used them was because they gave me discount with Volvospeed, but their work turned out very good.
