Tony,

There are shops that specialize is nothing other then repairing rims. Most of there business is alloy and chrome rims. They will repaire any "reasonable" damage including cracks...strip the rim of all paint, re-paint to OEM spec, and clear coat. The going price is usually around $100/rim.
