Not under the tray, but above the accelerator pedal. There's a screw by the ball joint you tighten so that it has impending movement on the AP. I'd tighten till it moves the pedal then loosen just enough that it sits normal.


Also I believe up near the A-post is where the pump is. Maybe you've got a leaky elbow?
