Lets see, IF you did the PNP without damaging the wire (lets hope you damaged it...) you're in for a lot of bad news.
So first lets start with the hopeful case, that you unplugged/cut the wire.
Otherwise you fall into an expensive or time consuming category. Usually most dealers will just replace the transmission because they don't like working in a transmission. It is also possible that they don't want to do work if there's risk of further damage. Otherwise you have to hoist the engine up a bit to get better access and change it. The solenoid is somewhere around 120 so not terrible parts wise. Considering you just did the PNP its less likely that the solenoid is gone too.
If you want I can try to walk you through testing, but I'd rather send you a pdf of instructions with pictures of how to test the harness. I also have one for replacing the solenoid, I can send that to.
