It is common for the parking brake shoes to rust and separate from their backing causing a clicking as the wheel turns. Try to determine when you hear the noise most, release and apply the p-brake see if the noise changes.
If it is the p-brake shoes, you need to remove the rear rotors and replace the damaged parts.
