I posted a reply before, but don't see it.
This website has been weird since it's Googleization.

The fix was to yank the tubing from the lower junction box and the
tubing was deformed and plugged, the coax cleared it right out.
To reinsert, required cutting the end of the tubing at a little angle and a
dab of grease.
