P0410, P0455 V70-XC70

Gentlemen!

I have a lot of difficulty diagnosing case of P0410 & P0455.

I have swapped the (double relay) relay under the rad. shroud.

The air pump runs healthily when I directly
put 12 volts to it.

All tubing/hoses looks good..
Replaced gas cap.

The vacume switch under the rad. shroud works and opens
up the air injection valve. (But no power to the air pump, does not run)

What turns it on. The large relay says it for a two
speed fan control.. or which segiment of it runs the airpump?

Any Suggestions would be Most Appreciated..
