Depends. I use a paraffin wax based Teflon spray for my chain. Things like bearings get pure Teflon powder or white lithium grease. What it sounds like you want though is a pure Teflon spray, that uses something like propane as a propellant. That too can be found at a bike shop for about 5 dollars. Its used on chainrings usually. Hope that helps.
