I thought that was the standard size for turbos. Like the other person suggested, you may want to check Tirerack for options. The inside tread wear may be indicative of normal wear or uneven alignment. If you feel it is rubbing, check the body of the car for evidence. The 50's will give you better handling but a harsher ride.
