Going from 99 to 2000 V70/ Difference in model? V70-XC70

Basically the same car. A couple of better electronic modules. The water pump doesn't need to be replaced at 105K, like the Tbelt and tensioner. Brake rotors are fairly cheap and easy to replace. Struts are expensive but should easily last 130K or longer.

If the engine is a turbo, save some money for a reverse intercooler piping system for a cooler intake and faster throttle response. It is always nice to see the pipe going from the turbo straight to the intercooler.

Get the new tranny flushed as soon as you can. And use synthetic fluids everywhere.
