Hi

I have the Volvo 10cd changer, which is installed in the glasshouse (under a side panel). I like this option, since I never get around to changing CDs, so having 10 on call is nice. This option gives you an 11th CD in the dash unit. It was installed by my dealer at delivery, is a volvo unit and covered by the general volvo warranty (I sadly know, the first one stopped working after about 2 weeks, but i blame alpine (or whoever made it), not volvo). It is about $100 more than the upgrade to the 4 cd changer. When I called local good car stereo places, the difference between volvo's price and the local places was not that great (and with volvo's I am covered by their warranty, and no waste of a day running around). The changer seems fine, but then I am hardly a critical listener in the car (and we mostly play kid folk, this is a volvo!).
