Stop neutral is a horrible feat. of the 01 V70. Basically when you're stopped the car is in neutral but when you accelerate it shifts back into drive. Get the software updated to eliminate that feature, then change (not flush) the fluid. The "drain and fill" method is suggested for changing the fluid.
