What you noticed was the turbo cranking a little and introducing positive pressure in the intake and removing vacuum at the PTC, instantly corrected by the system.

Klaus, my apologies again, I re-read that sentence and it seems you are conveying the reason that the balloon may have 'risen' and how the PTC came into play?

Sorry for further confusion based on my last post!
