Engine wash - tranny probems every time V70-XC70

I also like a clean engine.
But the days of hosing them down are gone.

While I doubt there is anything major wrong, it would be enough for me to stop the cleaning practice after two warnings.

How could you get it so filthy with just a fluid change?
