Strut Mount bushing. C70 1998

Hi folks,

Well, my dealer called my up for my car's service and they noticed that the "front strut mount" bushings are cracked or broken or something and said that it needs replacement. Now I have no idea what he's talking about. Can someone please enlighten me on this matter? Also, he's charging like $320.00 to get it fixed. Is this way too much since I don't know what he's talking about? Does IPD have something to get that fixed, I know they have some poly bushing thingy but is this the same? Also, since I'm not going to get it fixed right away, is this going to do major damage on the car if I keep driving it. Thanks in advance.

Oh yeah, got an S80 as a loaner... mixed reviews on this one. Can't wait until I get the S60 as a loaner.
