turn fogs into DRL V70-XC70

The nice things about DRLs are that they are always on and you never have to worry about turning them off. The Volvospeed 'fix' will not make them automatic and it will be up to you to turn them off when you turn the engine off, by turning off the parking lights.

You would need to go a separate route for DRLs. Hook a relay (generic) into a switched fuse and then wire the fogs to that relay. That way the fogs are always on when the key is in posII.

Remember, the fog lights on these cars are decorative only. They really do not work as genuine fog lights should work.

The other draw back... The headlight sockets tend to corrode when not used. Ask me how I know after driving for 4 years with the DRLs disabled.
