You can get it at the Volvo dealer.....parts dept.,

If you like I could go down stairs to the garage and look at mine(it in the trunk)its still in the tube it came in, and the Volvo PN is on it(come to think of it the torque value range is on the tool it self also), the only thing is, its the one I got for my 244, and I am not sure the torque specs are the same for my 00’ S70 as they were for my 91’ 244.....it would be cool if they were.(at least all the lug bolts would be tightned to the same torque, even if it was too loose/tight)
