ANSWER Air pump running after warm up

I have heard my SAS run in similar conditions on my 1998 AWD (2.4 LPT).

I am not entirely sure of the functioning of the SAS system, but I think the fan can come on at any time if the system detects that the cat conv needs more oxygen to stay efficient. I'm not sure I'd worry about it unless you start seeing codes.
