Are you talking about DRLs? There is a small knob on the headlight switch in which you can turn off the DRLs. I forget which way, it's in the manual. As for your bulbs, get Philips BlueVision bulbs, I think I bought them for $25 a set and they have lasted over a year now. If you have to keep replacing bulbs 4 times a year, I think it might be an electrical problem or the bulbs are just plain bad.
