The accessory (serpintine) belt is replaced at 60K.
The timing belt is at 70K.
You can check the owners manual for these items (and
hand write in "replace thermostat at 70K" if you buy the
car since that part seems to be failing around 70K).
At 60K I would think a set of brake pads on the front
and rear would be needed (30K on front and 60K on rear
is about normal wear). Brake rotors may also be close
to needing replacement at 60K (I know they are on our 95
with 50K miles - I plan on replacing rotors and pads
at 60K). You can feel the lip on the edge of the rotor
to get an idea of wear (there is no lip when new).
The big item: Air bags need replacing after 10 years (says
so right on the sticker in the door jam).
