Get some silicone spray and do the side closest to the B pillar. There is too much air leakage in the doors which bothers me a lot, actually my wife because in the winter I crack my window to smoke and she gets blasted with cold air.

All of that air draws in a large amount of dust that sticks to the felt window guides. That dirt slows down the window.

I often wonder why the European cars have slow windows while the American iron is so fast.
