FCP Groton backs their customers. 850 1995

You were so lucky. I was quite disappointed today. I ordered a wheel bearing/hub kit for my 855. The kit was OEM (by FAG for $199) and came with all the bolts for hub and front caliper and the axle nut too. However, my 1995 855 used M22 axle nut not the M20 nut included in the kit. I called them this morning and asked for exchange - I send back the M20 nut and they send me M22 nut. They refused to do that and told me to buy the M22 nut. The told me the nut was come with the kit such that no exchange. They also said that my car 1995 was the in year that Volvo changed the nut size, so not their fault to include a wrong nut in the kit. All the front wheel bearing kits for 1995 850 are come with M20 axle nut, so good luck.

Also, I also bought the front door interior light. FCP website said that it was Genuine Volvo part. When I received the part, it was a URO part. No part number or anything on the door light assembly. The light bulb socket was not straight such that bulb would not sit tight in the socket. I told them the issue and will return back to them along with the un-useable axle nut for refund.

With this kind of customer service, I think I will switch to eEuroparts.com instead.
