Hi Ching-Ho,

Sorry to hear that you were rebuffed by FCP. Who did you talk to?
They have a lot of new people there. Why don't you call their
tech specialist, Mike at Ext 206, and explain your situation.
Maybe he'll straighten out that problem for you?
