First, if you haven't installed a cabin filter, I suggest you do so.

Your fan could be getting long in the tooth and a replacement motor would help. Check the usual online sites for a replacement motor, or even one with a cage already attached. After I replaced mine with a generic look alike, the high speed made more noise than OEM, so be careful.
