Broken Cup Holder S70 2000

I have my car in for 15K check up today ($180, I need to strat rethinking these things) and they want $60 to replace my damaged cup holder. Does anybody know if this part is available through OEM and if so how difficult the installation would be? I told them no to the repair, for now.
