My wife caught something on the little arm that flops down to hold the bottom of the cup and it snapped off. Dealer quoted $57 for the part (I assume that's for the entire holder, not just the arm), would install for free but advised that I live with it (he agreed that's a lot of money for 6 ounces of molded plastic). It bugs me to let it stay broken, but what the heck.
