The 1995 test has been questioned at times on this board.

A "tweaked" car being suspected. No other test has come

close, since.

IPD's catalog says real world times with real world drivers

are typically higher then the numbers seen in magazines

(they addressed this in one catalog in an article about just

what you should expect in 0-60 times after an ECU update).

Note that manufactures like to quote magazines rather then

their own numbers -- keeps them off the hook, technically.
