sweaty turbo normal? V70-XC70 1998

During my oil change last night I noticed some oil around the bottom of the turbo, near the lines. So with 150 miles left on my warranty, I QUICKLY took the car back to the dealer for a look-see.

They invited me back to look under the car. After cleaning it off, they told me it's definitely NOT leaking. He retorqued all lines to be sure, but told me all turbos will "sweat" a little.

I was almost expecting that answer. And I had NO oil in my garage nor did I use any in 5k between changes.

Can you all concur with this diagnosis?

Experiences?

If nothing else, I now have it in writing that my turbo is "sweating" just in case...
