Just went thru this with my brand new 97 850. Battery must read at least 12.7 volts to be fully charged. 12.4 is 75%, 12.2 is 50% it's out there in Google land. Your battery reads 10.7, not good.
Mine was more like 12.6, but car would not start after sitting a day and a half, put my trickle charger on it over night, had 12.9 this morning. 12.7 an hour later. Finally bought that 25 buck battery tester at Harbor Freight, on sale as we speak, and it revealed a dead battery. You could get someone to crank car, with coil or something disconnected to see voltage drop, if it falls to 9.5 or below your battery is history, bu that battery tester is easier.
My money is on your battery, take it to Auto Zone or somewhere and have it tested. Alt is good, still could be a drain somewhere, but I wouldn't chase that until you know the battery is absolutely good.
