Your guide rail for the rear of the window has broken and needs replacing, I don't know if extended warranty cover this or not, I'd check with your dealer, let them know the policy you have and the service writer should have a good idea if it would be covered or not. If the repair isn't covered and you are going to make the repair yourself let us know, I'm sure we can walk you through it.
