Yep, your rear guide window track has come loose. If memory serves, this track is riveted to the door structure. If warranty doesnt cover, removal of the door panel is straight forward and access is decent. The biggest problem if a rivet has sheared is going to be getting a drill or punch to the repair area. Post if you decide to tackle the job, I'll post door panel removal instructions, or you can check the archives for my post of a couple months ago.
