Thank you Klaus,

I do have a replacement expansion valve and receiver/dryer. Curious about the reinforcement of the attach points? Is this with fiberglass? As for the intermittent problem...do you think it is a sure enough bet to put the system back together and hope that the pass side sensor is the problem? I know it is a crystal ball kinda call, I just don't want to have to do this again any time soon...I guess the way to look at it is...it would be easier the second time! ; ^ (
