Scrool down the above text and start with the third picture. That explains the dashboard rattles and how to permanently fix them.

As to the cabin temp sensors, I would take a little time now to take a look at both of them and clean them off. If the tiny fan stops pulling air through the sensor, that will explain why the heater does not work on the passenger side.

Unfortunately, 1995 was the last year for onboard diagnostics allowing you to interrogate the ECC codes. So guess is all we can do.
